Privacy policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how we handle information you provide, or that the system needs to complete a service, when you browse, look up information, or submit a request through the official website of pluwfun / Together Fly Future Design Lab (including pluwfun-official.vercel.app, www.pluwfun.com, and other public URLs that currently point to this site).

The Member App, LINE official account, Youth Hub, and store systems may have their own notices. This page only describes currently live behavior on this website. It does not claim to be a complete policy for those other systems.

2. Types of data that may be collected

Depending on the feature you use, this may include: contact name, mobile number, optional email, notes and request details (for example diet or activity notes), preferred date/time, group size, and the selected tour or space option.

If you use member-related pages on this site after connecting LINE with Member identity, this site identifies you through a server-approved member session. It does not ask you to type a member ID in the browser that could be misused.

Technical infrastructure that serves webpages usually also processes basic connection records (for example requests a browser sends to a host). This site does not claim to have fully inventoried every log field.

3. Purposes of collection

To reply to and process tour-booking requests, space-booking requests, and event registration if that function is opened later; so staff can confirm whether a visit can be hosted and contact you.

To show pages related to your identity after you sign in (for example Member Center or my space bookings).

To operate the website, debug issues, and prevent abuse. This policy does not claim that data is used for advertising remarketing, and it does not claim that no third-party processing ever occurs — hosting and sign-in already pass through third-party infrastructure.

4. LINE / Member identity sign-in and account linking

Some pages require a formal Member identity. This site completes sign-in through a handoff with the Member system, rather than creating a separate set of fill-in-the-blank fake accounts on the Official site.

Sign-in may use LINE Login and existing Member-system flows. How LINE and the Member system collect data is governed by those services’ own notices.

5. Booking / event / tour request data

Contact and itinerary information you enter on tour-booking, space-booking, or event-registration forms is stored in this site’s operations database so staff can process the request. Submitting a request usually still requires staff confirmation and does not automatically mean a booking or registration is confirmed.

Online registration for public events may not yet be open for every session. Even when the function exists, the page’s actual ability to submit at that time controls.

6. Staff operational handling

Authorized operations staff may view and process requests, content, and notices in the admin interface in order to contact you or arrange hosting.

This policy does not promise a specific internal permission matrix or audit-process detail.

7. Third-party services and infrastructure

To provide sign-in, data storage, notices, bookings, and related services, pluwfun / Together Fly Future Design Lab may use LINE, Vercel, Supabase, and the integrated Member, Youth, and store systems. Actual data access is limited to each service’s functions and permission scope.

8. Principles for use and access

We use data as needed to complete the service you requested and to operate this site.

This site does not claim a specific information-security certification, or that all transmission and storage uses independently verified encryption.

9. Retention and deletion

Personal data is retained for the period needed to provide the service, fulfill related requests, or manage operations, and is handled according to actual business needs, legal requirements, and system operations. When there is no further need to keep it, we will stop using, delete, or anonymize it in a feasible way.

This site currently has no completed fixed deletion period or self-service delete/download flow. If you want to query or correct contact data you provided, or understand the status of a request, please email using the contact details below. We will reply according to actual system capability and operations.

10. How to contact us / request correction / enquire

Please contact us using the email published on this page. We have not appointed a separately titled public personal-data protection officer.

Do not attach unnecessary copies of identity documents in email. We cannot guarantee immediate completion of every correction or deletion, and this page does not apply handling deadlines that are not implemented.

11. Minors and more sensitive data

This site is for the general public and local experiences. If a user is a minor, please use the site with a guardian, and avoid filling non-essential health or identity details in notes.

Forms may offer optional fields such as diet or physical notes, only as a reference for hosting. Please fill in only what you are willing to provide and what relates to that visit.

12. How this policy is updated

This policy may change as website functions change. After an update we will show the latest update date on this page. Continued use of this site means you have read the version then in effect.
