Terms of use

1. Description of the service

This website provides public information and request entry points for pluwfun / Together Fly Future Design Lab, such as places, spaces, tours, news, events, and the calendar as those pages are live at the time. Some entries marked “Soon” mean that page does not yet provide a complete service.

Member Center and some booking records can be used only after a formal Member identity handoff is completed.

2. User responsibilities

Please provide true, reachable contact details, and submit requests only within the scope you are authorized to represent.

Do not try to interfere with the website, probe unauthorized admin or technical interfaces, or use this site for unlawful purposes.

3. Account / LINE identity

Functions that require sign-in are connected through the Member system and existing LINE identity flows. Please keep your LINE / Member sign-in methods secure.

This site does not provide test accounts that bypass formal sign-in, and it does not guarantee that any third-party sign-in service will never be interrupted.

4. Booking / event / tour requests

Tour booking and space booking on this site are often “requests”: after you submit, staff still need to confirm whether hosting is possible. If a page states that a booking is not yet confirmed, that page controls.

Whether public-event online registration can be submitted depends on the event page and admin settings at the time. These terms do not guarantee that every event can complete registration online.

5. Places / third-party content

Place introductions, opening information, and external links may come from shop records or partners. This site tries to show what it reads at the time, but does not guarantee that third-party data is always correct or that a service is available.

Entries such as Youth Hub may take you to another website. That site’s service conditions are governed by its own notices.

6. Prices / fees / cancellation

Prices, capacity, times, and whether a fee applies are controlled by what each tour, space, or event page shows at the time.

These terms do not set a separate unified refund, payment, or cancellation deadline. If a page has cancellation or confirmation notes, that page and later staff contact control. This site does not claim here that online payment is already provided.

7. Prohibited conduct

Impersonating another person, submitting large volumes of abusive requests, distributing malware, or accessing other people’s data or the operations admin without authorization is prohibited.

8. Service changes / interruption

We may adjust, pause, or take down some functions because of maintenance, capacity, security, or operations. A public “Soon” label is not a launch-schedule promise.

9. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise marked, copy, layout, and brand marks on this site belong to pluwfun / Together Fly Future Design Lab or a lawfully licensed source. Please do not reproduce them at scale for commercial use without consent.

You authorize us to use the request content you submit in order to process that request.

10. Third-party services

Website hosting, databases, LINE Login, and the Member system are independent services. Their availability, outages, or terms changes are not fully controlled by this site.

11. Limitation of liability

pluwfun / Together Fly Future Design Lab will take reasonable care to keep service information and systems operating. Effects caused by third-party service interruption, network issues, equipment failure, or force majeure that are not attributable to pluwfun / Together Fly Future Design Lab will be handled according to the actual situation within the scope permitted by law.

12. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the latest update date on this page. Continued use of this site means you agree to the version then in effect.
