An interview with Alian Radio gave us an opportunity to ask a more difficult question: what does digital local collaboration actually change? For PLUWFUN, success does not mean every participating business immediately receives a transaction. It means visitor behavior, business feedback and real-world participation begin to reveal how a place actually works—allowing us to redesign the next iteration with better evidence. TEMU is a young person from Lalashan, a teacher, and a photographer. Through still images and documentary work, he is learning to record what is happening at home. PLUWFUN walks with him as interest becomes craft, and craft returns to place.

NCCU USR in sbunaw (Xuewunao): Grocery Store 2.0 and the “On-the-Way Economy”
National Chengchi University (NCCU) USR Grocery Store 2.0 publicly identifies Xuewunao in Fuxing District as one of its practice fields. A 2024 NCCU report also records a visit by local shopkeeper Zhuo Weiyan, who met information-science students and heard their proposals.

Zhuo Weiyan (Mr. Flying Squirrel): From Returning to sbunaw (Xuewunao) to PLUWFUN
In 2016, Zhuo Weiyan returned to Xuewunao in Fuxing District, Taoyuan. Public records trace the development of Feishu Bu Ke leisure camping farm in 2019 and the Shu Bu Lao shared shop in 2020. That journey later extended into the place-based ideas and tools now connected through PLUWFUN.
